The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.
Please allow us to process and pack your order with love and care within 1-2 business days. During high order volume days, our process may take extra time. These same rules apply to higher speed shipping rates as well.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
US orders arrive within 1-7 business days of the order date based on the shipping speed selected. International orders take longer to process and ship.
Purchases will be shipped via UPS from either our Vancouver or Toronto distribution center. You can expect your purchase to arrive within 4-12 business days from receipt of your order. For an additional charge, we can expedite delivery to most destinations in 1-4 business days.

Refusal of any package delivery will require a return shipping payment and will be billed to the method of payment originally used. Shipping fees are NOT refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, or delayed shipments.
